Mirror mirror on the wall, who kicked the most ass in the box office receipts this week in fall? Why that would be none other than Snow White and the Huntsman, as the grittier take on the classic fable proved itself a worthy contender, beating the jigginess that was Men In Black 3.

The Hunger Games finally bowed out this week from the top ten, finishing up in 11th place and earning a respectable gross of almost $400 million, while Andy Garcia and his quest For greater glory made an underwhelming 10th place debut.

The Avengers stood strong in third place, drawing in a few more million dollars and cementing its place as the third highest grossing film of all time.

Here’s a look at who made what this past weekend in the states;

Snow White and the Huntsman – $56 Million

MIB 3 – $29 Million

The Avengers – $20Million

Battleship – $4.8 Million

The Dictator – $4.7 Million

The best exotic Marigold Hotel – $4.6 Million

What to expect when you’re expecting – $4.4 Million

Dark Shadows – $3.8 Million
