After CBS passed on the modernised take on Nancy Drew last year, which would've seen her as a 30-something police detective, NBC are now trying their hand at bringing the classic teenage detective to life. Also not as a teenage detective however, but as a successful fiction writer who has to solve crime... and why does this sound so familiar?
