Character build? Sort of sniper, high perception and Agility? But what about high luck? And this crafting thing, how cool or not cool is it? Will I have to restart the game about 20 hours in? Can you reset char to 0 and respec?

I do sniper mostly myself. High perception.
Crafting is big. Guns crafting is excellent fun and if you change mods you keep the mods you remove (quite handy). I’m not sure if you can respec, I’ve never done that before..I’m a bit of the “these are the decisions I made, I have to live with them” kind of person.

Oh yes. Luck too. Very important for Sniper. And you’ll need intelligence to be able to get the “gun nut” perk so you can properly upgrade them.
