The South African cannabis cases has been postponed to later this year with no date set. It leaves more time for the dagga couple to fund raise some more and to book more people to testify.
It is really important for South Africa to change it’s cannabis laws because A – it helps fight cancer and we need everything that can help fight cancer safely. B – legalizing cannabis will help South Africa’s economy greatly and I mean fucking greatly.
Cannabis is non harmful, safe, non addictive, won’t cause lung cancer, helps depression, reduces seizures, ect. Cannabis is there to help the body.
Support Cannabis legalization in South Africa.

yes that is one of the main issues about legalizing cannabis in south africa, to stop the war on drugs.
and to that argument, cannabis is safe, non harmful, non addictive, if an adult wants to ingest a plant that is non harmful to one self and others, he/she should have the right to do so.
cannabis was made illegal in south africa because of racial issues and not because it’s bad. another reason why cannabis laws need to change because it’s a racist law.

Yes/No, do you drive while under their influence? the point is that, driving while under the influence of cannabis, was taking to the courts of law where a judge went through everything and ruled that driving while under the influence of cannabis doesn’t impair one’s judgement while driving.
Court of law ruling. And it makes sense.
Yes there are bad drivers on the roads and the serious accidents are bad because of bad judgement. But those accidents are not attributed to driving under the influence of cannabis. Let’s not blame the one on the other.
