2K Games

Hey. that’s a nice backlog you got there. Real nice, right Geoff? And look at this! You’ve almost finished it! Just a few more games to go! It’d be a shame if something were to happen to it. A right shame. Oops! I seem to have accidentally gifted you an entire anniversary of games there guv. A right shame that is…

That’s the scenario playing out in my head right now, as two British gangsters stroll through my synapses and make terrible threats thanks to 2K Games unleashing a backlog-killer. Having turned a spry ten this year, 2K Games is celebrating with a Steam sale that includes games such as Borderlands, XCOM and Evolve for cheap. Here’s a couple of highlights that I’d easily recommend:

  • Borderlands 2: Game Of The Year Edition – $7.99
  • The Bureau: XCOM Declassified (No really, it is solid) – $3.99
  • XCOM: Enemy Unknown – $7.49
  • The Darkness 2 – $5.99
  • Mafia 2 – $7.49

There are of course, other games to suit your fancy in case you’d prefer something less Italian or without the urge to collect every gun under the sun of Pandora. Evolve is available at a discounted $44.99. Or you could just get most of the games available in one go for $49.99 and kiss your chances of ever finishing your backlog, goodbye. You’ve got until March 23 to take advantage of the offer. Which should give you enough time to get your bandwidth cap arrears in order.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
