Some spoilers from the first film. You’re warned!
You heard that right, the dude WILL RESIDE in the sequel to the totally awesome Kingsman: The Secret Service! Of course The Dude being Jeff Bridges, an actor who taught us how important rugs are in the cult classic The Big Lebowski. The next installment to the Mark Millar comic-to-bigscreen series is called Kingsman: The Golden Circle and has recently been churning out some rather spiffing tweets to whet out appetite. Back in April we learnt that the surprisingly action inclined Colin Firth, who played mentor Harry Hart, may return. What? Yes, the rage machine who took a bullet to the cranium may return after a tweet from Taron Egerton hinted his demise may be ‘greatly exaggerated’ as you can see below.
Then we learnt that also joining Taron Egerton, who plays the young Gary “Eggsy” Unwin, would be Sir Elton John and Channing Tatum!
Now twitter has spat out this, which can only mean one thing, more awesome!

I would love to see Bridges play the next big bad but think he would have a challenge when competing with Thamuel L. Jakthon’s Valentine. The more I hear about the next movie the more I get excited, which also scares me. I loved the first movie because I had NO expectations when I went in, now with all this hype I am terrified it won’t deliver. Bah, who am I kidding? With Roxy (Sophie Cookson) and Merlin (Mark Strong) also returning, I’m sure it’ll rock!

Cool. Bridges plays great bad guys and should do so more.
