You know what I’ve loved this week? All the Metal Gear Solid V talk that has taken place in the office. All I have to do is mention the game, and just like that, Alessandro, Geoff, and I are off, talking for hours on end about how much we are enjoying it. What do Darryn, Zoe, Gavin, and Kyle do meantime? Nothing… they are forced to endure it all, jealous that they don’t get to sneak around  in a realistic cardboard box that literally tricks highly trained soldiers into overlooking the fact that their base may be home to a sneaky Snake. ANYWAYS, the round up. HERE IT IS:

Best Stories

We at Lazygamer tend to be overly confident, which is why we’ve challenged everybody to an actual Rocket League. Why is this considered best story? Well, when we beat everybody, we will laugh and laugh like there is no tomorrow. If we get beaten by anybody? HAHAHA don’t make me laugh.

Kyle went ahead and wrote something I’ve been too lazy to write myself. Want to know the core differences between all the big MOBAs? Here you go!

Speaking of MOBAs, Dota 2 has now officially been Reborn. ALL HAIL LORD GABEN!

Worst Stories

With the Rugby World Cup just around the corner, many fans were dying to sink their teeth into the game tying in to the big tournament. Too bad it’s a big rucking joke.

You’ve been loving the hell out of Metal Gear Solid V AMIRITE? You have all the right gear researched, your Mother Base is filled with the best soldiers EVER, and then your save file gets corrupted. Oh my goodness… if that happened to me, I would just cry forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.

Random Stories

Hey SALamer SAGamer! Are you ready to get your deliverance in Guitar Hero Live?

I waited my whole life for the opportunity to write this magical headline –  ‘What is this? A game for ants?’. Yes, yes it is!

Oh, and Smite is now available on Steam. That in itself isn’t breaking news, but this video announcing it is truly amazing.

ION of the Week

Mikey-Monday

Zoe pushed so hard to have caprese salad as the ION of the week, but you know what? I overruled her.  A salad will never beat out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, not on my watch!

Most Comments

The reviews are in, and it as it turns out, Rugby World Cup 2015 is a rucking mess. That article managed to garner a respectable 98 comments or so!

Tearaway isn’t tearable? Yawn! Castle Crashers is being remastered for the Xbox One? Nobody cares! Oh cool, Pikmin 4 development is well underway? YAWN!

Batman of the Week

Bat metal

Not only does Darryn skulk in the shadows, hanging upside down for no reason in particular (and in the bath with his mask as illustrated above), but he also watches over Lazygamer like a good vigilante – a good Batman. Now if I could just get him to stop yelling WHERE IS IT for no particular reason, that’d be great!

Cabbage of the Week

MMMMMMMMMM

It’s so nice having Kyle around. When he’s not writing eSport pieces, he’s holding onto the cabbage award for me. I don’t want to win it for like the fifteenth time in a row ok?

Header of the Week

This photoshop is too good for… well, its own good. Geoff does it again!

Comment of the Week

Sorry, I know this may be biased because it’s from a Dota 2 article I wrote, but Ottokie “Yahtzee” made me snort with this comment:

If there is one thing DOTA 2 taught me its: ??????? ????????????? ????????? ????? ??-?? (Sorry the site doesn’t play nice with Cyrillic)

Xaxaxaxa!

TEACH ME SENPAI!
