We know it’s going to be difficult to top the amount of awesome that we packed into the rAge 2009 podcast last week but life goes on and so we return to your usual programming. This week we discuss some Modern Warfare 2 price changes as well as the shenanigans surrounding Forza 3 in South Africa. This and more of the awesome stuff listed below.

Write to us with your thoughts, or even if you just have something that you really want to say at podcast@lazygamer.co.za and if you have an interesting suggestion, topic or question, we may even read it on the podcast. It’s just like being on TV, except it really isn’t.

The difference in size between the zipped and unzipped files is about 1mb; hardly worth the bother if you ask me.

I had this discussion with Nick earlier, the thing is that a lot of anal corporate firewalls won’t allow you to download or stream a MP3 but will allow you to download a zip file.

And we are here to please :kissing:

That is an exceptionally fair point. Bloody corporates!

What’s up with the Playstation hate at the end of the podcast. A little objectivity would be nice guys.

Yip about the exclusives. Maybe Uncharted scored high because it’s a good game. Remember in the last year or so PS had MGS, LBP,KZ2,inFamous, UC2, R&C crack in time. Both these two release in same month. So you can’t really say they score higher because of a lack of qaulity games…

On a side step. I finished Tools of Destruction recently and there is a scene where the one robot says “Let me demonstrate my superior online capabalities”..The other robot replies “Just a pity your CPU suffers from a 43% failure rate”

We were discussing exclusives in General, Uncharted 2 was just a good example because it’s reviews are recent news. With regards to the lack of exclusives, the PS3 really did suffer with a nice string of exclusives when it was launched, which is all very different now.

I think Marc was right with his “magnification” theory on exclusives, they really have the eyes on them

Jip, it seems like the Pc version of MW2 along with the
price increase has been pushed back to the 24th of November.
