Marvel’s Daredevil season two is hitting Netflix in nine short, or extremely long, days – 18 March in case you haven’t tattooed the date across your forehead.
The first impressions have been very positive, saying the second season easily matches the first, and full of praise for the new arrivals to the gritty superhero drama – Elodie Yung’s Elektra and Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher. Take a look at the latest trailer if you still have any doubts.
One thing we haven’t seen though is all the main characters together in full costume. Well, this new poster fixes that – take a look:
I’m liking what I see. Finally we get to see The Punisher with his iconic skull logo clearly emblazoned across his chest, Daredevil’s suit looks like it’s gotten a substantial upgrade since the end of season one, and I’m also digging Elektra’s far more practical outfit.
I also really like the poster itself overall. Notice how the red cross lights the street below; with The Punisher in town the streets will run red – and he’s in black and white, facing you head on. Meanwhile the morally-conflicted Daredevil is predominantly red with a touch of black, while Elektra is more black with hints of red.
What do you think?

Trevor!
😀
I’m also liking this new Daredevil suit. I’m still to be convinced about Elektra, I never much liked the character, but The Punisher is going to be soooo epic.
