It’s been 15 years since Derek Zoolander set the modelling world on fire with Blue Steel and Magnum. 15 years since Will Ferrell was convinced that he’d been popping crazy pills and Hansel was so hot right now. But the time is finally right for a Zoolander sequel it seems, as the greatest male models of all time are ready to kick ass and find themselves unable to make a left turn.
And what was the best way to make such an announcement? By strutting down the catwalk at the Valentino show during the real life Paris Fashion Week, as stars Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson showed off the latest looks at a show that is usually reserved for only female models.
Besides the announcement that Zoolander 2 will be debut in February of next year, other details on the film are rather scarce right now. In fact, they’re so tiny that I’m convinced that they’re actually details for ants. What is known however, is that the film will film in and around Rome, and will reunite Stiller and Owen with Christine Taylor and Will Ferrell’s manic Mugatu. Penelope Cruz is also joining the film, for what appears to be a really, really, really good-looking cast so far.
Hopefully it’ll be a comedy sequel that does better than a previous beloved film which didn’t exactly reignite the box office “COUGH ANCHORMAN 2 COUGH”.
That’d be so hot.

Anchorman 2 was at least watchable. Dumb and … I can’t even say the title without cringing was waaaaayyyyyy worse.
