I genuinely had no idea that the okayish film The Scorpion King (Which starred The Rock and several of his ridiculous muscles) had warranted enough interest to get a sequel, let alone three more. So if you’re looking for a straight to Blu-Ray film with dubious quality, then here’s your soon to be repeated ad infinitum E-TV flick for Saturday nights.
The deposed warrior king Mathayus (Victor Webster, The Scorpion King: The Battle for Redemption) embarks on his most dangerous assignment ever as he attempts to bring lasting peace to his troubled land. When he is betrayed by a trusted friend, Mathayus must marshal all his strength and cunning to outwit a formidable opponent who will stop at nothing to destroy him in an epic battle to the death.
Starring a cast of who’s available, The Scorpion King 4 includes Victor Webster in the lead, Roy Nelson, Royce Gracie, Antonio Silva, Don “I’m not using that nickname” Wilson, Eve Torres and Lou Ferrigno. It’s out next year, in case you want to buy a gift for a person you probably really can’t stand.
Fun fact: The Scorpion King 4 was shot locally, in Atlantis. Near the rather dodgy parts that is. Or just up the road from where Kervyn stays.

You do realise that Don “The Dragon” Wilson is his name, kind of like Cher but with more syllables.
Edit : Ok just watched the trailer, it actually looks pretty awesome in a cheap and nasty way.

What are you on about? Don “the Dragon” Wilson is great. He was awesome for the five minutes he was in Batman Forever.

And don’t forget how cool he was in all NINE sequels to Ring of Fire! :p

Thing is, you may be joking, but I’m not. There really were 9 sequels to Ring of Fire!

Just a correction, as Darryn seemingly misheard a few details in a conversation we had earlier. The earlier Scorpion King sequel were filmed up the road from me (which is admittedly dodgy), while this was mainly filmed in Romania.
Trust me, if MMA guys like Royce Gracie, Roy Nelson and Bigfoot Silva had been up the road from me, you would have heard about it by now.
