Helix (2)

When you’ve got a frigid environment, viruses running amok and several personnel acting…strange, then you know that something has gone wrong. That’s the premise basically for Helix, when a bunch of CDC scientists play god and then find themselves paying the price.

A price where coupons don’t apply, as evil doesn’t take refunds, nor does it allow for a 21 day warranty or SABS standards and dammit, I’m drfiting again.

Helix is an intense thriller about a team of scientists from the Centers for Disease Control who travel to a high-tech research facility in the Arctic to investigate a possible disease outbreak, only to find themselves pulled into a terrifying life-and-death struggle that may hold the key to mankind’s salvation or total annihilation. However, the lethal threat is just the tip of the iceberg, and as the virus evolves, the chilling truth begins to unravel.

Ronald “Battlestar Galactica” Moore is in charge of this show, which feels like a mix so far of John Carpenter’s The Thing and that black ooze from the X-Files. Moore actually contributed to the The Thing prequel, so those influences aren’t too out of place here.

Helix stars Billy Campbell, Hiroyuki Sanada, Kyra Zargosky and Jordan Hayes. It’s will be infecting air waves next year in January.

Yeah man 🙁 Come on people, innovate! You don’t need a mind blowing budget to make a decent science fiction movie, do you?

      It’s a series, not a movie.

I get that, I was talking about his reference to The Thing. I do wonder why I bother replying to you and your trolling sometimes… Don’t you have a Beiber to bug?

L A M E. I miss the days when your replies weren’t ‘I know what you are, but what am I’! What’s happened to you man!

I was distracted, getting audit paperwork together to send to JHB. If I was an auditor, and according to a piece of paper that is what I studied, I would really go get my own paperwork. It’s probably not best to rely on someone who knows what errors you’re looking for to get it & make copies for you.

Also, you reply to my trolling because I aim for that sweet spot between where you know I’m trolling but you still have to correct me 😀
