Kin is an upcoming crime thriller with a sci-fi twist, and some family bonding on the side. A young boy stumbles across a high-tech weapon left behind in the aftermath of a battle between mysterious soldiers, which he then uses to help protect his adoptive older brother from a vengeful gang boss. The pair are forced to go on the run, pursed by the gang boss and the enigmatic soldiers who want their weapon back.
