I have to be honest and say that I don’t really know anything about Afro Samurai. Apparently it is an Anime that is quite cool and is now being made into a game.
This video really impressed me, it looks like this game could be a real heap of fun. From what I can tell this actually may be somewhat of a Ninja Gaiden, except for people who don’t want to have to call on every gaming skill they have ever had to try and pass the first few levels.
The style looks cool, the gameplay looks and everything looks smooth, so this could be worth a look in future. Afro Samurai will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3 and will already be available on the 27th of January 2009.
I thought that next years gaming line-up was looking a little bleak with the exception of a few great looking titles but it looks as if we are going to have a few possible gems popping up in between. Let’s hope that this is one of them.
