There is a conspiracy theory that a famous German dictator did not actually die in Germany but actually was secretly transported to New York where he lived out the rest of his life in a secret bunker in exchange for nuclear and rocket information… Name the bunker and for a bonus entry name the famous Russian who used it previously.
