Alan Wake is fast becoming the Duke Nukem of the Xbox 360 world.Â
We are constantly told how awesome the game is going ot be yet we are no closer to actually seeing the game. Until now… maybe.
Amazon has updated their site to give a release date for Alan Wake and that release date is the 3rd of February 2009. However this wouldn’t be the first time that a major retailer has just made up a release date for a highly anticipated game nore would it be the first time that a major retailer leaked some confidential information.
The developers are still sticking to their story that the game will be ready when it’s ready but lets hope it’s ready soon. I am sure Microsoft are also pushing on this one as their 2009 line up is still looking a little bleak.

this game is like 2 years in the making allready, even before i had a xbox back in early 2006 they started ranting over this game lets hope it doesnt dissapoint like alone in the dark.

What bothers me is the name, “Alan wake” sounds so cheezy. But a part from that I’ve been waiting for this game for a while now, hope the release date is true

Agreed. I don’t get all the AiTD bashing? Apart from the shoddy controls, it was a fantastic game
