Blimey! Games, known for creating incredible racing sims like GTR, GTR2 and GT legends have released some new untouched screenshots of their latest game, Ferrari Project.

The screens are looking mighty impressive and if there is one thing we know about Blimey! Games, it’s that they are going to do a very good job of nailing down the physics to recreate the feeling of driving a real car. Want to see the full screenshots? Well I just happen to have them, check them out after the jump.

The site says next-gen “consoles” and not “console” and does not say which consoles 😕

Janrik, that’s “Ferrari Challenge”, made by System 3. That’s definitely a PS exclusive.

But this game is the “Ferrari Project” (no real title yet) by Blimey! games, creators of some of best racing sims ever made. As it’s from Blimey, I’d say it’s definitely going to be released for PC, and if we’re lucky we’ll see it on the 360 and PS3 too.

Well, these guys do say on their site that “Blimey! Games is proud to announce our new next-gen title currently in development based on the official Ferrari license.”

I think that they will probably release this for pc, xbox360 and ps3, unless someone tries to snatch up an exclusive. But with Gran Turismo and Forza butting heads, I dont see either side having a huge interest in the exclusivity.

How boring. Who wants to drive around in Ferrari’s all the time???

Fine the graphics look awesome and the physics may even be great, but I want variety in a racing game.

Well I wasn’t a fan of Porsches at all and I really loved Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed, and the Porsches all looked very similar. Ferrari’s have much more varied looks and performance differences. And im just a sucker for anything that has to do with the Ferrari.
