Call of Duty 4 too short

A Neogaf poster called pswii60 as leaked the scores from the next OXM magazine and there are some suprising results in there.

COD4 gets 9/10 but it falls down on the single payer side, it appears that the COD4 single player is only 5-6 hours long on normal difficulty. Which is about perfect for me but I know a lot of people are going to complain about this. It has made me change my opinion on it possibly beating BioShock in single player mode.

Apart from that the other interesting, if not sad, results are Conan getting 5/10 and Spiderman getting 3/10. Those being my two outside hopefuls for the Christmas period.

Also Tony Hawks received 9/10 and since every other reviewer has slated it we are obviously suspicious….

I never believe in reviews, its best to try a demo or borrow the game for yourself to see if its up to your own taste. Conan & Spiderman: FoF are enjoyable games IMO. 😉

Hey, Lazy, where’s your English gone, buddy? The heading should read: “Call of Duty 4 ‘too’ short” with an oo sound by the to 😀 ! If this is true, I’m gonna play the game on the absolute most difficult, brutal level possible from the jump just to lengthen the experience 🙂 …!

I blame it on lack of sleep and too much work, lets hope OddSock never sees this 😉

Skate from EA has a new control formula which made the game attractive to me over any THPG game thus far. And thats from somebody who isnt into skateboarding anyhow! 🙂

CoD4 is a multi-player centric title that’s coming in at a “budget” (re-R440, not R550) price. The MP is absolutely awesome (an 10 on it’s own in my book), the single player mode is just gravy. For an MP game I actually prefer a short campaign designed to prep you for MP rather than something huge and EPIC.

Then again, it got a 9. Halo was much the same except it had Co-op and Forge, and gets a 9.4 so I guess it’s not bad.
