Catch the multiplayer reveal of Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare right here!

Call-of-DutyAW

Playing Call Of Duty for the single-player gameplay is the equivalent of reading a lad mag for the articles. In other words, nobody is going to believe you. And that’s because Call Of Duty has built up a solid multiplayer foundation over the years, with each new game bringing changes to the table, from care packages to killstreaks that end with someone getting a shotgun bukkake to the face. Advanced Warfare is the name of the next Call Of Duty. Here’s what the multiplayer looks like in action.

There’s an embed feed above my sentence here, which I’m hoping works. If you can’t watch it, I’m going to take a stab in the dark here, and guess that the gameplay above isn’t exactly too different from previous Call Of Duty incarnations, but with a touch of Elysium exo-suit action and retooled kill-streak bonuses.

And while on the surface, that action may look exactly the same as in previous games, the subtle changes there make a world of difference to the folks who take Call Of Duty very, very seriously. And buddy, there are plenty of those people.

Yep, and the first order of shady business… hiding the Madden demo behind a subscription paywall. That’s our future ladies, demos only accessible if you pay a sub.

Fantastic! You beta test all of EA’s shit games, but guess what you pay for the privilege to do so. I hope this business model gets kicked in the teeth. The last thing I want is for this to be the next big thing of screwing over the consumer.

First let’s drop the “Beta Test” exaggeration, you are not beta testing anything…

Second I don’t care one bit if you can’t play them, I can and that’s all that matters. You think all EA games are sh#t so you lose Nothing either way.

I think you will find demos of ALL games have become less and less since this gen’s launch and it’s getting more fashionable to not even allow reviews until a day or two before they launch.

At least now you get to try the Full game 5 days beforehand and see for yourself if you like it rather than relying on dodgy reviews

It cost me NOTHING for this, I had Battlefield and FIFA and sold them, I now have them all back and came out with some extra money in the deal.

If they ever try anything on then I simply wouldn’t pay the sub the following year, no problem but right now it’s a pretty amazing deal.

Well demos are less and less because other devs don’t release broken games just for the sake of a deadline. EA did say “that they will be more open to delaying titles that aren’t ready”

          Yes.

You are paying to beta-test EA games! Where have you been the last 5 years?

EA has rightfully gained a terrible reputation for releasing lacklustre or barebones buggy titles – that should have gone through an extended QA process. SimCity, Battlefield 3, 4, TITANFALL etc. etc.

The Sims 4 is another example of a game that will be flooded with initial praise until it hits the masses and is exposed as a pile of warm, runny mobile-inspired excrement. I am doubtful that the new Dragon Age will impress me because sadly, EA has been on a roll lately.

I don’t buy Call of Duty anymore. Call of Duty has ruined the first person shooter type games and Call of Duty is destroying the gaming industry.

The multi-player didn’t look fun. The maps didn’t look brilliant. The graphics still doesn’t look good. I could go on and on about how they not going to fix anything. But let me say this, from a South African point of view, with all that shit they added to that old ass engine, expect the bad to slow down to one frame and expect a lot of matches to drop out to menu when you, jump, use a kill streak, kill lots of people quickly, whenever lots of info needs to be sent to the server, expect the game to slow down or drop. Since MW2 where it hardly happened, to Black Ops 2 where it happened all the time. So expect advance slowdowns and advance drop outs.

I don’t buy call of Duty anymore. If they ever want me to buy a Call of Duty title again then the game’s graphics has to melt peoples PCs and consoles. And they need to stop this modern advance warfare shit. Yes we wanted a modern take and we got that with Call of Duty 4. It’s been done so you can move on now.

Right now I’m waiting to see what 3rch does. But not the next year 3rch game. The 2018 3rch game. So 2018, that’s why I might try out a Call of Duty game again.

Every post I make, I get trolled now. So I’m a grumpy cat now. I guess my comments need to reflex other peoples views, like Call of Duty is the best, Xbox One is the best, DRM is the best value.
What’s the point in posting an opinion when you just going to get trolled. Fuck it. This will be my last.

The only thing you need to change your stance on is Steam! 😛

Post them this gif and ignore them, I for one love your posts. If I ever trolled you I sincerely apologize. Also take heart that Wolfenstein was a big success. A new Doom game is coming that will be like the one we grew up with and Unreal Tournament is also coming. COD is not the be all and end all of the FPS genre

Also Guest accounts are persona non grata in my books. It doesn’t matter waht they say or think. But everyone is entitled to their opinion, but because this is the internet everyone can troll as well.
