The second game in the apparent Xbox Live Arcade and PSN Dreamcast revival has finally been given a release date. Following on the heels of the poorly ported and ill-received Sonic Adventure, classic frantic arcade and Dreamcast…taxi simulator Crazy Taxi will be released on the download services on November 24.
The game will feature updated, 720p graphics and presented in widescreen unlike the previously mentioned Sonic game.
It’ll set you back 800 MSP, or $9.99 (R75) when it makes its way to digital stores. Updates also include leaderboards and achievements/trophies.
If you’ve never played the game before, you owe it to yourself to at least give the trial a spin.. It’s an insanely fun game that obviously influenced GTA’s taxi missions. You’ll have to traverse a San-Francisco esque landscape, collecting and expeditiously delivering fares -by driving in to and other things very, very quickly. Mental fun!

I played this game to death on my Dreamcast, then on the Xbox 1, and I will on my 360. TONS of fun! ^_^

I remember I modified the game’s source code to include all my “Rave” tunes from that era, and it made the game so much fun.
Blow that whistle, blow that whistle blow blow.
And then the classic
