Kinect is available in the US, and with that we have delightful relations of first hand experiences. Dance Central , the most exciting of kinect’s launch games is proving to be a hit. As one gamer found out though, it’s probably best not to play in the buff – and warrants a little extra care when playing.
Why? Do Kinect’s infra-red sensors get confused with all the extra dangly and wobbly bits? No, it’s far simpler than that.

I was trying out the Kinect Dance Central game and I was getting hot so I took off my clothee. I had no idea that the game was going to take A BUNCH OF PICTURES OF ME WHILE DANCING WITH NO CLOTHES ON!!! I can go back and look at these pictures but HOW DO I DELETE THEM?!!! HELP!!!!
Dance Central, like just about every Kinect game, takes intermittent snapshots of you playing – and saves them to your console..and quite possibly elsewhere. Anyone browsing your Xbox 360 photo library might be in for a surprise; a glorious snapshot of you and your junk in a compromising position. Today’s lesson? Don’t play Dance central – or any other Kinect game, for that matter, without (at least!) the modestly afforded by a pair of pants. Ladies? You can dance naked as much as you like; and feel free to send me those glorious pictures.
Me? I’ll be dancing kaalgat as often as I can. Think about that again. Enjoy lunch!

Wait now I understand why MS keeps handing out Kinect bundles to all the hot ladies in Hollywood.

And people were wondering how MS were going to make ore money …. they probably have built in an automated black mailing program that threatens to publish photos if you don’t go out and buy eh latest peripheral/game
