It was bound to happen sooner or later. Anime’s longest running fist fight has had spun off plenty of games before. Now, the series is getting ready to GO EVEN FURTHER BEYOND as it tunes up for the release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH! Time travel! Fists! Silly hair! And of course, a season pass!
Dragon Ball Xenoverse will have three DLC packs released after the game arrives. Super DLC pack 1 has the following content powering up in March 2015:
• 3 playable characters: GT Goku, Pan & GT Trunks
• 4 Time Patrol quests
• 12 Quests
• 15 Special Moves for the players’ avatars
• 5 costumes

• Exclusive Playable Characters, Quests, Special moves and costumes
DLC PACK 3 STOP! YOU’RE DESTROYING THE PLANET!
• Turtle Hermit set, Jaco the Space Patroller and highly exclusive content!
According to the press release, you’ll also be facing off against villainous versions of famous powerful heroes. And Yamcha. I guess:
As unveiled recently, Mira and Towa managed to get their hands-on tons of Characters from the Dragon Ball Z Universe and turn them into ‘Villainous’ foes; the list just got longer with Gotenks, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Androids and even the Great Apes! The two foes took their mischiefs even further by making Vegeta join the Ginyu Army… Along with these distortions, Nappa will be able to transform into a Great Ape! Is it possible that Mira & Towa are influenced by an even stronger antagonist…?

The thing I hate most about DB games is that each match takes as long as a typical DB series fight. About 10 – 15 episodes worth.

the dbz 2-3 minute brawler hasnt been a thing since budokai 3, which was a ps2 game.

Hmm. Not a big fan of GT but that picture of Trunks looks pretty cool. Nappa was able to become a Great Ape along with Raditz, Bardock, Turles and King Vegeta in Budokai Tenkaichi 3. They were exclusive forms in the game by the developers, so it’s not that new buddy. We’re getting GT Goku and Pan now?! Nice. Is GT Goku going to be exactly the same as he was in Budokai Tenkaichi 3, where he had Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 3 forms before he transformed into Super Saiyan 4?! That was the only reason why I liked the character. Plus his in game talking was cool. Thank you developers for making Xenoverse even cooler (no pun intended) with these DLCs and information. This game is awesome already. Just a month to go!
