Driveclub is being released on the 10th of October

The much anticipated Driveclub has finally been given a release date and unfortunately it is still quite some way away with the date being set as the 10th of October 2014. As always the game is looking absolutely breath taking in this new trailer which is once again putting the emphasis on the social aspects of the title.

Driveclub is coming exclusively to the PlayStation 4 and is easily the biggest threat to the Gran Turismo series from inside its own family. We’ll now get to see if the old adage is true or not, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Can Gran Turismo get stronger?

We’re expecting some quality Driveclub footage and experiences to come out of E3 this year and as the only local site going you know exactly where to go to experience everything that E3 has to offer.

PSA: There is a new Humble Bundle for Image Comics that looks rather good.

I was frowning at it earlier. Do I spend more money on the internet or do I eat something other than bread all month?

You have a lawn, I hear grass clippings make excellent seasoning.

Ah. Now that could work. Can probably make tea from it too.
Just look at how much I could save!

Pitty about it being PS4 exclusive. In fact it’s a pitty Forza and GT are console only as well.

Would love all these on PC.

Yeah it does, so far it looks like a MP game with “friends” I guess. I wonder how they will penalize you for rage quitting seeing how I always restart a race in NFS every time I fall behind.

They really need to do a trailer with some sort of story line or this game will be dead in the water!!

You’re the only local site going to E3? There are other local gaming sites? 😛

So the video says October 8 and the header says October 10…. I am now so confused!!! In game bumper stickers, mine would be accident king!! Don’t like car games, don’t understand the story of them!! I am a story driven gamer, you have a good story I can deal with your crappy controls and shoddy graphics…. But not the other way around!!!!!!

Still can’t get myself excited about this. It doesn’t bother me that it’s not on PC.

It just goes to show how far ahead of its time PGR 4 was.
