Microsoft’s head of Xbox Phil Spencer took the stage, and wasted no time in delivering platitudes to fans and developers, and then it was pretty much straight to games, with the entire briefing dedicated to the medium. They showed off Call of Duty and Forza, which I care nothing about – but then turned to Turtle Rocks’ Evolve.
We’ve already discussed the game, but the news is that the game’s beta will be hitting the Xbox One first – and like Call of Duty, it’s DLC will hit Microsoft’s platform before it gets anywhere else.

Must you pre-order the game to get part in the beta? I would like to join to see if it will be a game that I take to.
