After a super eSports weekend at rAge it’s hard to believe that there’s still enough energy out there to compete even more, but evidently (maybe thanks to the mountain of Monster Energy drinks sponsored) there’s been other stuff happening.

Gigabyte Protea team ladies kick some international butt in Korea

Gabriela ‘GabyBear’ Isaacs finished second place overall in the women’s StarCraft II event at the IeSF World Championship this year. Isaacs was the only member of the Protea team that returned with a medal. The other super lady that competed at the IeSF this year, Lyrene ‘Legato’ Kühn, came in fourth in the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 event.

Do Gaming League supported titles 2013

Do Gaming has announced the supported titles for 2013 expanding their league even more.

New supported titles:

  • Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO)
  • DotA 2
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
  • Medal of Honor: Warfighter
  • League of Legends
  • Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm
  • FIFA 13

Titles to be supported again:

  • Call of Duty 4
  • Battlefield 3
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
  • Gran Turismo 5
  • Forza 4
  • StarCraft II

Do Gaming has also uploaded a couple of videos of the championships at rAge earlier this month with lots of  footage of our local pro’s and rock and roll! Check all of ’em out on their Youtube channel. It’s good to see them step it up this year with their video footage of the DGC, better quality, less random stuff no one understands and better video editing. It’s about time we have something good to remind us of our time there.

Check out the Finals video belooooww:
