fightwithin

I had some entertaining time with Fighter Within while at Gamescom this year and while it wasn’t the perfect fighting game it definitely showed potential. Well now Ubisoft has released a brand new trailer for their upcoming game and I’m in a predicament.

You see I haven’t actually seen it yet as it is still marked as private until 6pm tonight.

So here it is, is it amazing? If the embed isn’t working you can view it here

I bet you there were some slow motion kicks and painful uppercuts to the jaw… how about some blood sprays and sweat droplets?

I’m going to feel like an idiot if there are just 3 stupid actors pretending to kick ass in the video… but these are the risks you take when you live on the bleeding edge of news.

We also received 6 brand new screenshots which show the generic fighting stances…

It looks interesting, but then I remember that it’s a kinect title…. meh!

Not my cup of tea but I guess it’s still better than holding those glorified Zumba sticks in you hands.
The Fight: Light Outs anyone?… anyone?
Ahh never mind… new Captain America trailer.

So you also boycotting the movie like some of the “die hards” because Cpt USA is running around with his shield in a Levi jean in most the scenes? 🙂

Of course not, I’m all for Captain America running around in civies, because after all it’s not the costume that makes the hero, nor the hair that makes the rocker!

But attitude, the testicular fortitude and balls hardened in the flames of betrayal, war and custard!

Oh gawd no, I’m not a “weirdo die hard”. It’s like with the new Star Trek movies, I’m just glad there are new Star Trek movies and they don’t suck. Hell, I enjoyed Enterprise, even though most people hated that show.

Except the last one was completely retarded

Star Trek Wrath of Khan is still the movie to beat in my eyes, but I went in with zero expectations so “Into Darkness” didn’t disappoint. It was a little strange that JJ Abrams lifted the story theme from the Avengers movie, but apparently every flick released in the last 10 years share similar plot schemes, due to a standard formula of scriptwriting.

The winter soldier looks good but I am looking forward to Thor 2 a bit more.

The trailer looks fantastic but does the gamer have to have a tree in their lounge?

Where is Killer Instinct? You would think there would be huge hype around it considering we spent 14 years begging for it.
Or has social media, micro transactions and DLC fudged that game up to?
