GCA2010

This year’s E3 provided us once again with a glimpse of what’s going to be eating the cabbage that lives in wallets. As per usual 29 of the most influential magazines and websites have voted to decide which future titles, hardware and platforms had the best showing. This year, iD’s Rage proved to be popular among critics, garnering 5 nominations across the numerous categories. Dance Central, Epic Mickey and Portal 2 each received 4 nominations.

EA was the most nominated publisher with 17 nominations, followed by Microsoft with 11.The Xbox 360 – with 46 nominations – was the platform that fared best, followed by PlayStation 3 with 39. The Wii got only 14 nominations for games playable on that platform.

Winners will be announced on Tuesday July 6, with the games receiving obligatory “Best of E3 2010” stickers on their retail cases.

The full list of nominations can be found after the jump, so please tell us which up-coming games on the list excite you most.
