Up next is Adam Evans from the studio Media Molecule. You might remember them as the guys who helped create Little Big Planet. They’ve got a brand new game to show for the Vita, and they call it “Tear Away”.
The adventure game is somewhat similar to a “buddy movie”, Evans says, with the visuals being somewhat similar to LBP. The catch though, is that Tear Away has been rendered entirely in paper textures, giving it a unique look and charm.
Players will start the game as Iota, a dimensional-hopping messenger, as Evans uses the back touch-pad to fling him into the air. Evans says that the game is built to allow players to feel like a god, who can manipulate the world around Iota, and all of a sudden, this brand new title looks like a great reason to own a Vita.
