Ghostbusters has been canned

This is so sad, while not 100% confirmed yet it seems that the new Activision Blizzard corporation has decided that Ghostbusters is no longer a strong fit with their long term product strategy.

How can ghosts, explosions, dodgy humour and Ecto-1 not be part of anyone’s long term product strategy?

Bad Activision… At the same time however they also canned the new 50 Cent game and Brutal Legend… 2 titles I won’t be missing.

    Sigh lazy, late again:
We have a quote from the Sierra PR team regarding Ghostbusters: “It is not cancelled and will not be cancelled.”

Did you miss the update at the bottom 😕

Sierra are the developers but not the publishers. They need a new publisher according to reports
