Abev sent in a tip that Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for the PS3 will be free.
According to Polyphony,
The Gran Turismo 5 Prologue gives you an online-enabled sampler of the GT5 experience. In the Prologue, will be dozens of different cars, and a few variety of environments to explore before the official games grand debut
Which is all good and well but doesn’t that just mean that it’s a demo? If it does then why didn’t they just say that?
Or am I completely missing the point on this one?
GT5 does seem to be turning out to be one of the best racing games ever and it could well do for the PS3 what Forza 2 did for the Xbox 360… Shift a lot of consoles.

Previously I said that I would never pay for this game,and that I would wait for the full version of GT5.
However this “demo” is has 50 cars and five tracks available which is pretty much a full game in some arena’s.
As a free download this is awesome!!!
However as a south african, how much will this cost due to bandwidth?
