We here at Lazygamer absolutely loved GTA Chinatown Wars on the DS, so much so that we gave it a whopping 9.9 in our recent review of the title. So imagine our surprise when the game absolutely tanked at retail.
So it’s with great excitement that we bring you the news that GTA Chinatown Wars is going to be coming to the PSP and PSP Go in the Spring.
According to Rockstar the game has been specifically built for the PSP and will feature upscaled graphics, lighting and animation as well as including all new story missions.
Now while the game could really do with upscaled graphics I am a little worries about the dropping of the touch screen as that was quite an entertaining part of the DS version.
However when it’s all said and done I expect the PSP version to vastly outsell the DS version as the PSP market is better primed for a M rated game and more than likely has a more receptive target market.
