GTA IV Xbox vs PC

There have been a lot of complaints about the technical and software requirements for GTA IV on PC but once you get it all up and running is it really worth it?

Well after watching this video then I would say that if you were looking for the best graphics then the PC version is by far your best option.

Though I have to admit that I don’t remember the 360 version being so blue… I guess you just get used to it.

Not worth the price of buying a gaming setup like the PC. How many thousands to get the game playing like that and it still had some lag with graphics. I also don’t remember it being so blue, maybe the settings were different. I used to be a massive PC gamer but after buying a console I am quite happy not to have to upgrade every six months to play the new latest game. I don’t know. What does anyone else think?

Well,I just bought a 2,2ghz dual core, Geforce 9400gt , 2gigs ram and a motherboard, basically an upgrade, costed me R3500,and im playing COD4 on max detail.I consider that a good investment. But,this game would look like crap with that setup, my 360 plays it better on a Hdtv ,than a pc monitor anyway.

    yes! I noticed that too…
I also would have expected far better visuals considering that the game has been under development for much longer and it’s running on a 2gig hd4870x2!!!

While it may look nicer, the 360 version didn’t suffer from graphics lag 🙂
