GTA V has squeezed past the Australian Classification Board, earning an 18+ rating. Good news for the people down under – the hype train will be passing through. Nice to see it getting rated right away, without needing to be censored.
The 18+ rating is based primarily on drug use. I find this surprising considering the amount of violence, rough language and sex we normally see in GTA. However, I don’t think people are complaining! At least the Aussies won’t need to smuggle it into the country. I just have a mental image of kids giving the homeless guy on the corner the money to buy the game for them, instead of booze or cigarettes. Here is the full classification:
Wow, how much drug use does this thing have if it outstrips the violence and sex? Or maybe it is just more offensive for the classification board. For those of you who haven’t yet boarded the hype train, here is the epic gameplay trailer again. If this doesn’t make you feel a bit tingly inside, I honestly doesn’t know what will.

Oh and don’t panic either the local ratings board, the fpb, has also approved GTA V for retail locally.

Whenever I need to find one of the guys here & he’s not in his office, the first place I look is in the smoking area outside heh.
I used to smoke, but hardly ever at work when I did – was more a social thing after a few drinks.

its a bad habit sadly, if my work was less stressful I perhaps wouldnt have the need to as much, tried to quit once did for 6 months but a lass lifes issues of crazy ex gfs and stuff threw that idea out the window.

I can tell you it much easier to ditch caffeine than nicotine.
Trust me.
I know two people that gave up hard drugs and have failed several attempts to quit smoking. (of course, there may be many other factors there)

Pothead is ok, I think. I used to partake in the occasional usage of minor level items, procured for recreational purposes. Or for chemo recovery, for my friends mother.

Just a thought wont PETA be all over this game once they see the animals in the game? I thought about it the other day, we all know there is A dog in the game but are there dogs and cats? I dont mind shooting shit outta a deer squirrles and mountain lions but not gonna kill a kitty, big ass pitbull trying to kill my ass sure I wouldnt think twice in gta5..
Whats your thoughts on the animals?

I really like having a pet in a game, and coming across random animals while running around maps is cool because it makes it seem more lifelike.
