I have always enjoyed Bungie’s sense of humour and they haven’t let me down with Halo 3 yet.

I don’t have Halo in front of me now but as far as I know you go to replays and then submit to Bungie from there. I have never done it myself though

There’s no way to export a Halo 3 movie directly to .wmv, the guys have to use some kind of capture device, like a PC card, or even a shaky cam.
