The PlayStation Vita is going to allow for external memory cards to download your saved games, PSN games and other vital statistics to be saved onto them so the big news we could find for a Monday was a picture of what the memory cards looked like.
As you can see above they look similar to the standard SD Cards but unfortunately they are not and are rather a new proprietary format from Sony…
Which simply means they are going to cost a fortune and you are limited to either a 4, 8, 16 or 32 Gb card.
32 Gb is pretty huge and should keep you covered for a reasonable amount of time but I am pretty terrified about how much it’s all going to cost and seriously Sony what’s wrong with just using a standard SD card.
I’m also loving the fact that they labelled the Cleaning Cloth in the above picture.
