Well here’s some good news for once that will hopefully start a trend that carries over to the 360 as well.
VG247 sent a letter to Hulu asking them to confirm whether or not Hulu Plus on the PSN will require a full PSN+ subscription and the response is good news for all of us.
According to Hulu it won’t, that is unless you are evaluating the service.
With the launch of Hulu Plus there have been many rumors started and we are trying our best to remedy the situation. Specifically to your question, the Playstation Plus service is only a requirement during the preview period.
Once the preview period ends you should be able to download the Hulu Plus app but that will still require the Hulu Plus subscription.
Right now we are limiting the number of users but Hulu Plus will be launching to the public very soon so stay tuned!
Let’s hope Microsoft get the hint and we won’t need a Gold membership on their console for Hulu Plus… not that we can use it anyway though.

Last.fm on PC works a treat…try it on your Xbox without a VPN. 😉
