I loved the heck out of Burnout Paradise – the last Burnout Game Criterion made before being relegated to EA’s Need for Speed series. They’re busy with a new entry in the Most Wanted subseries…and it’s taking the sting out of the lack of a sequel to the game about crashing – because it looks, for all intents and purposes, like it is a sequel to Burnout Paradise.
Watch this walkthough video, showing some high-octane action in the streets of Fairhaven City – the open-world setting for Need for Speed’s latest crazy cop chases. Everything from the handling, the crashing crashes, killcams, sound effects and the open world diversions are eerily reminiscent of Burnout Paradise – and that’s ok by us.
