Microsoft South Africa have confirmed that they will be participating in the Arcade and Core upgrade system put in place to ready users of Xbox 360’s who lack any sort of storage hardware. Pricing is still to be finalised but it’s great to know that it is happening.
As for Live support in South Africa, well that’s a story for another day, as there’s still no new details to emerge.

With just over a month remaining, let us all hope they do not leave this up to the very end to get the details up to us.
Or at the very least start getting some HDD stock into the country.
Kudos to them if they manage to to completely stuff this up (MS SA), but I am not holding my breath…
