Kane & Lynch Sells Over A Million Copies

Kane & Lynch sells bundles

So after many bad reviews, horrible press attention and being the centre of the Gamespot debacle Kane & Lynch finally arrived at the retailers.

And it seems that the either the huge media typhoon worked, or the game isn’t half bad. It has now officially sold over a million copies which means it will most likely turn into a franchise.

Personally I haven’t had the chance to play it yet but like a typical gamer, I now need to play this game that over a million other gamers have had the pleasure of playing.

I’m one of the million 🙁

I bought it thinking I couldn’t go wrong with an I/O game, especially one that sounded like Hitman-meets-Heat. The only really bad purchase I’ve made this generation.

Loved Assassin’s Creed. Reviews are wrong about that one.

Can’t believe people fall for all this marketing junk. Kane and Lynch is horrible and the million people who bought it need to wise up!

And talking about Assassin’s Creed, that game rocked. It got some mixed reviews, but it really was a great game.

Assassin’s creed was nice to look at for a while(visually) but repetitive and far far too easy.So after i’d say 3-4 hrs of solid gameplay the title was terrible!!!

I have a fear that Army of Two was or is sharing some of Kane and Lynch’s physics and maybe game mechanics which is why i believe after the earlier playable builds of Kane got bad reviews EA “delayed” the launch of Army of Two(Redesign?).I really hope i’m wrong, but don’t get 2 excited about this title thats all i’m going to say!!!!

I got this from my dad after a trip to HK, only cost him R200 and I was curious, I can’t say for sure, but I played it the first night, and the next day I got RRoD, coincidence? I think not:)

Got the swap-out and finished the game, and I didn’t think it was bad at all. I’m quite a casual gamer, play maybe an hour every day or two, but I had fun and fragile alliance has potential, as long as everyone doesn’t try to kill everyone else as soon as the round starts..

Not sure if it’s worth the price it gets sold at here, but I had fun for a week and a bit.
