Sony Computer Entertainment Europe confirmed today that the demo for highly touted and much anticipated Killzone 2 will appear on the PSN store this Thursday, February 5th.
The demo will contain the first two sections of “Corinth River†as well as the tutorial present in the retail version. Killzone 2, in the unlikely case you need to be reminded, is Guerilla Games’ Playstation 3 Pièce de résistance – an incredibly detailed, immersive and altogether cinematic FPS that showcases the PS3’s power.
Its current Metacritic rating of 95 is nothing to be sneezed at, showing what a winner Sony has on its hands. Those of you who can’t wait until its local March release to kick Helghast arse can rest, comfortable in the knowledge that a demo will be available come Thursday.
There are no details as yet as to the size of the download.

the download size generally touted to be around a 1gb, although the beta was apparently around 450mb
