Leipzig 2008 is going to be closely watched. After a fairly disappointing E3 there are many who are eagerly awaiting the Leipzig show to see if anything special will be announced and we have already heard rumours that Sony may be waiting till then to drop a few bombs.
So what then does Microsoft have in store for the world? That’s right, absolutely nothing! More after the jump.
We received an official statement from Microsoft’s PR team that states the following:
“Please note that there will be no announcements made at the show and the content on show will be the same as E3. However, there will be an Xbox presence and it would be a great opportunity to find out more about Xbox 360 upcoming titles ahead of the holiday season.”
What a disappointment to hear that we aren’t going to be seeing anything new or exciting. I still think that Microsoft are keeping that Bungie announcement up their sleeve in the case that Sony announces something huge.

Who cares about what Microsoft or Sony have to say, Konami are releasing all the details about PES2009 at Liepzig, to me nothing else matters 😀

I suspect you’re right. It may be something like they’re running an X’08 in Europe a month or two after Leipzig.
