Are you just about to run out and pick up a PS3? Well hold your horses as CNA has just announced that it will be soon be selling a 250GB PS3 Slim for R4499.

Apparently it’s coming with a Free controller as well but it’s hard to say whether they are just using marketing speak here since it comes with a bundled controller by default or if it’s actually going to have 2 controllers…

If we ever receive more official information in regards to this or other local offers we will be sure to pass them on.

[Thanks JP for the tip]

If it does come with two controllers then this is the bundle to get.

If it’s two controllers, then this bundle is alright otherwise the 120gb R3700 is better value since 120gb is enough imo.

I would buy the 120GB slim, sell the 120GB HDD and get a 320GB 7200 rpm 2.5″ drive for under R700. More space and a better deal for the same price as a 250GB slim.

I am so going to sell my Xbox 360 now. I can’t duck and dive the PS3 goodness anymore.

    Goodbye X360, hello PS3!

Chatted to a CNA employee yesterday who mentioned that because of minimal stock – it may not reach all stores so if you’re keen and want to make sure you get one then think about pre-ordering.
