Did I mention that he is a judge?
Not kidding folks, this actually happened. A 48 year old man who happens to be a judge in England actually faked an illness, interrupting a trial that was underway, just so that he could stay home and play games.
While most of you out there have probably done this before, it’s all a little different when you are slightly important in the scheme of things. I find it quite interesting, now that the gamers of the world are all grown up, with many being in high positions.
Hang on, I feel another post coming on.

Actually, he was 48 and he did’nt skip work to play games.
He stayed home after pulling an all nighter playing MW2 because he was so tired.
Well, that’s what the linked article you provided states.

There are a few diffent version, but as far as I can tell he slept in and played more too, so it still works. Scuse the typo though. Insane to think that a 48 year old judge is rocking it in MW2 hehe

Yeah but I just love the idea that gamers are not just the kids anymore, it’s great actually. Also, look what happened to comic book movies when all the fans grew up and were actually the people making the movies ie Christopher Nolan
