Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC gives the crew some shore leave

Citadel

It’s been a year since Mass Effect 3 launched, and despite a rocky ending controversy, it’s been a damn good ride. A constant stream of DLC, multiplayer events and cupcakes have kept the Normandy crew in deep space for a while now, but even they need shore leave. But not the kind that consists of dodgy ladies waiting at the pier and Space-TDs. Citadel does just that, as the final DLC is packed with content to give the Normandy crew a grand finale. Here’s the trailer for that upcoming slice of gameplay.

Meh, not enough Tali. Mass Effect 3: Citadel, should be out now actually.

  1. Well, after watching that trailer I don’t really feel like I need to actually play the DLC…

the same could be said about any movie or game released in the past 10 years then.

Do we get the europe release date or the american one?
either way, I wont be playing it today, the download is going to be bigger than the omega dlc, so we’re looking at 1gb+

I haven’t felt the urge to revisit ME3 since completing it & haven’t bothered with any of the DLCs. Which is weird considering how I played the crap out of 1 & 2.

I have the same feeling. Played ME1 about 7 times. Played ME2 a full 13 times! But only played ME3 four times. Although not (too) pissed about the ending. It felt like a job done, and that I earned the rest. But this DLC, oho, how amazing doth it look!

Im a Mass Effect Fan and i unfortunately never got to play any of the DLC’s, but would like to know how does the DLC’s of ME3 tie in with the actual story? Do these stories tie in during your fight with the Reapers? I assume it would since everyone is alive and kicking.

Yeah thus far I’ve only picked up the extended cut interns of dlc’s but being such a huge mass effect groupie I’ll probably end up owning all of the dlc… its the end of an era once again, it haven’t been this taken with a game since FFVIII

I’m going to miss ME and the crew. This series was one of those few games that really hooked me. I knoe they want to continue with the Universe but it just won’t be the same without Shepard and the gang.

I recently finished Omega, was good imo. Looking forward to this DLC 🙂 I absolutely love Mass Effect… I own the trilogy on PS3, and will replay it many more times even after next gen launched!
