Mirror’s Edge demo arrives today… or tomorrow for 360 fans

According to DPadMagazine the demo for Mirrors Edge is leaping onto PSN today and onto Xbox Live tomorrow morning. However right now I am taking that with a pinch of salt as they reference the official Mirror’s Edge site which doesn’t say anything of the sort.

I have been looking forward to this game for quite some time now and I will downloading that demo as soon as it lands, I have to say that I am a little worried about the game as the hype has died down considerably and that is either a marketing plot to avoid being drowned by LBP, Gears 2, Fallout 3, Fable 2, Dead Space, Far Cry 2 and Resistance 2 (wow what a line up) or the game is just not very good.

Hopefully it’s the former as I am really enjoying this new edge from EA Games and I wouldn’t want them to stifle their creativity and go back to FIFA 20** for the rest of the decade.

Strange. Surely you can insulate yourself from hype…? You know, don’t read the articles, or the forum posts, or look at the billboards, or commercials…

Hahaha! Ofcourse you can (to a certain extend).
I’m not talking about just any marketing campaign.
I was reffering to the fact that sometimes they get
    a bit carried away 😉
