Murdered: Soul Suspect has you hunting your own killer

Here’s a cool trailer for a game that Square-Enix teased back in February – but has shown very little of since. A little like Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective in its basic premise, Murdered: Soul Suspect has detective Ronan O’Connor trying to bring his own killer to justice -  from beyond the grave. and it looks rather intriguing.

It’ll be out on Pc, Xbox 360 and PS3 next year – with no next-gen version in sight. We’ll no doubt be getting a little more information on this game next week at E3 – including, possibly, who it’s actually made by. It doesn’t seem to be an internal Squeenix project – and with Eidos Montreal busy with Thief, I can only guess that it’s Crystal Dynamics – just off the back of the successful (but not successful enough!) Tomb Raider reboot.

Seems to have a bit of an Alan Wake feel to it, doesn’t it?

Looking good. Just a few actual gameplay vids to see how the game will play and I may just buy this.

Agreed. And the cross platform NON-exclusivity gets the Admiral Chief Stamp of Approval
