Ok, before you watch the video and then start shouting at me, yes this is obviously fake and just a viral means of advertising a product that nobody in their right minds would want in the first place. The video, showing an apparent nude gaming party has some of the world’s worst actors walking around in the buff pretending they playing games instead of just randomly pressing buttons on controllers that probably aren’t connected to anything. No fat dudes and far too many women…definitely fake.

The product in question is a a cumbersome, unwieldy controller extension called the Xtendplay that purports to increase your grip on the controller and make it easy to rest on your lap. Unintended side effects include looking like a complete knob and losing your self respect. And as much as I enjoy doing a little bit of nude gaming myself (I’ve been forcibly removed from just about every arcade worth mentioning) a nude gaming party seems like a terrible, terrible idea. Most gamers hold the controllers in their general crotch areas when seated – and there’s not a chance in Hades I’m even touching a controller that’s been anywhere near somebody else’s fiddlies. There’s also the fact that motion controlled gaming at such a party would burn particularly dangly images in to your brain that no amount of eye bleach would help.
