Naruto-blazing

But you’ll never believe what kind of a game it is! Wait crap, I was supposed to clickbait the headline, not the opening sentence. DAMMIT! Alright whatever, I’ll get you all next time. ANYWAY. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. The end of an era. No more articles from me where I randomly type SAAAAAAASSSSSSSUUUUUUKE and watch as tens of people get the joke. Or is it?

What about that Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing trademark that Bandai Namco recently registered? What’s up with that? Well buckle up, because there will be a new game starring the iconic ninja and all his shinobi pals…except it won’t be a fighting game. Instead, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing will be a turn-based mobile game that is headed to Android and iOS devices. Well, there go my plans for a game that features reefer-no-jutsus aplenty.

So sayeth Bandai Namco via Saiyan Island, who confirmed that CyberConnect2 and Japanese Internet media company GREE would be teaming up for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing. There’s no word yet on a Western version of the mobile game being released, but Bandai Namco did apply for an English trademark earlier in the year.

Now you’ll never believe what the next Naruto story does. Shocking! Amazing! Faith in humanity! Right after I make it up! SAAAAAAAAAAASUUUUUKE!
