Are you interested in this MMO? I’m not sure if its worth releasing any new MMO’s since WoW has dominated the market to the extent that it has. Its like making a new Coca- Cola competitor right now…an idea that will more than likely fail.
Here is now some PR speak about this new game, “Set 300 years after the events in Knights of the Old Republic (and featuring some familiar faces), Star Wars: The Old Republic will put players on either side of a massive war between the Republic and the Empire.”

Depends on your goal. If you want to try topple WoW, then I agree. But there are a bunch of games doing very nicely thank you while concentrating on particular niche markets. EVE and LotRO being prime examples. You don’t have to beat WoW to make some decent money.
