While doing a demo of the “New Xbox Experience,” Microsoft’s John Schappert announced that the new Xbox 360 dashboard will be releasing globaly on November 19.
As much as I’m genuinely excited I must say that’s quite a risky plan, especially when you think back a year to the tremendous amount of downtime and latency issues Xbox Live suffered throughout last December and into the beginning of this year. This will no doubt put a lot of stress on the Xbox Live servers and it’ll be interesting to see how well they hold up.
Personally, I’m extremely excited. What part of the NXE has you most intrigued?

This makes no sense. Are you telling me that their biggest probable seller, Gears of War 2 is not going to gave the NXE on its disk?
